Data Deletion

1. Overview

At glossgo, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what happens when you do.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your glossgo account and associated data by following these steps:

1. Log in to the glossgo app or website
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
3. Confirm your request — your data will be permanently deleted
4. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'

3. Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove glossgo from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find glossgo and click Remove
3. Select the option to delete any data glossgo received about you
4. glossgo will automatically process your data deletion request

4. What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and personal information
• Booking history and appointment records
• Reviews and ratings you have submitted
• Saved preferences and favorites
• Any data received through Facebook Login

5. Deletion Timeline

Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes, in compliance with applicable laws including KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR.
