Si llegas sin cita te hacen caras y cuando llegas con cita te pasan cuando se les da la gana, no respetan tu tiempo en lo más mínimo, una desgracia de recibimiento, y te mienten a la cara que ya van a terminar y te tienen más de media hora esperando cuando por lo menos te podrías haber levantado a buscar comida. Irrespeto al máximo al tiempo de uno, mal trato y mentiras. Si pueden ir a otro lugar vayan a otro lugar. Tu tiempo vale recuérdalo, el costo de estar esperando que te atiendan cuando ya habías agendado y te han tratado mal por no agendar, es alto también.

Before this review I contacted them & gave them the opportunity to fix it, according to them because I left satisfied & tipped them there is nothing to be done, I was rushing out since I had another appt & family waiting on me, I was hungry since I was there over 5 hours. I asked for a refund & was denied, so I’m here to warn others. I paid over $200 and I will let the pictures talk for themselves. I asked for daughter to have permanent hot pink ends and after 3 days they are now bleached/orange, I mentioned we had a pool at the hotel & they accused her of going in the pool the same day & I have proof that she didn’t. I asked for highlights & I told them I had not colored my hair for 6 months & had black at the ends & was told it could done, now look at my pic & tell me that those are blond highlights & worth over $90? NOPE! Since I have contacted the owner salon & was given excuses. Beware you will get charged a lot more than quoted. Also I asked for pedicure he pushed for me to get gel nail polish & now I have a thick ball of gel nail polish on each toe nail, horrible job, nail polish all over my cuticles, used cold water & I didn’t see clean equipment. Please don’t contact me unless it is to refund me so I can go to a real professional.
