They burn my hair during the bleeching process. I had bunch of my hair in hand and scared, and the guy said no don’t worry this is normal. Until after few minutes they saw what happened and they said sorry. It has been few months and im still suffering from that. After 15 years of bleaching. The worst part was they were trying to hide what is happening. The guy was an young amateur and left bleaching material for a long time. Other workers were looking at me when i was crying like very strange. I really felt traumatized in this place after going for awhile. I wasn’t happy at all but i just moved in and was trying to Find a place that this happened. No talent, zero experience for serious job. Please don’t get tricked by a fancy neighborhood or a smile on the face specially for hair salons here.
