I had the worst experience and even my kid felt so uncomfortable. I personally felt very hurtful on how they treated me and my son. The lady who did haircut didn’t even want to talk or discuss the style which I wanted. I will never recommend this place to anyone for kids haircut. Both employees were commenting and adding up more to the situation. Worst experience

We checked in online for a haircut and were first in the waiting list, but no one acknowledged us or called us in despite our name being clearly displayed on the screen. Unlike other locations, your staff didn't proactively greet us or maintain communication—we had to wait an unusually long time before telling the stylist we were there. This is frustrating because at other salons, stylists check the waiting list and actively call customers when it's their turn. It felt like we were ignored, and the stylist seemed surprised when we finally mentioned we were waiting for a haircut.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a haircut salon. The hairstylist was rude and impatient with my 10-year-old son. She asked him to move toward the center of the chair, which he did, but apparently not enough. Instead of politely guiding him, she repeatedly and rudely told him to move more to the right. It took only a minute or two to get him positioned correctly, but she was visibly irritated the entire time. She even said, “You should know all this information before you come here,” which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There was no smile, no friendliness, and no effort to make a child feel comfortable. What made it worse was that it was a Wednesday, the salon was not busy, and there were three employees working. There was absolutely no reason for such poor customer service. I would not recommend bringing children here. Kids deserve patience and kindness, and unfortunately, we did not experience either.

Hands down the worst, unprofessional staff you can find! Made a mistake of giving it another try.. —- Generally have a good experience here but not today with My stylist Susan. It didn’t look like she was interested in being there, leave alone giving a haircut. Overall demeanor was very disappointing and depressing. On the other side, the other stylist who gave my kid a haircut was very friendly and professional. Need to think if I want be back here!
