Unfortunately, I am writing this while feeling extremely disappointed and upset about the experience I had with this clinic. I hope anyone considering dealing with them will think carefully before sending any money. From the beginning, the communication was long and detailed, and we agreed on the procedure and the price. Based on what was discussed, I transferred the deposit in good faith and with full trust. However, after sending the money, I discovered that the doctor I expected to perform my surgery would not actually be the one doing it, and that another doctor would perform the procedure instead.Honestly, it felt like the doctor’s name was being used mainly as the face of the clinic, while in reality you may not even know who will actually perform your surgery. This was a huge shock and disappointment for me because this point was extremely important. When I expressed my concerns and refused to continue under these circumstances, the response I received was very cold and disrespectful: “If you don’t want the surgery, goodbye.” There was no attempt to understand my concerns or explain the situation professionally. To make things worse, they also refused to refund my deposit. I am not someone who likes to harm people’s business or reputation, and money comes and goes, God will compensate everything. But what truly hurt me was the way their attitude completely changed after receiving the payment, as if trust and honesty no longer mattered.Surgery is not a simple matter. A person goes into such a step feeling nervous and vulnerable, needing honesty, clarity, and reassurance not surprises after payment and changing stories. I am sharing my experience honestly so that others can be more careful and not go through the same situation I experienced.

للأسف أكتب هذا الكلام وأنا جدًا متضايق من التجربة اللي مريت بيها مع هذي العيادة، وأتمنى من أي شخص يفكر يتعامل وياهم ينتبه جيدًا قبل ما يدفع أي مبلغ. من البداية كان التواصل طويل وتم الاتفاق على تفاصيل العملية والسعر، وبناءً على الكلام اللي انحكى حولت العربون بكل ثقة وحسن نية. لكن بعد تحويل المبلغ اكتشفت إنو مو الدكتورة نفسها اللي راح تجري العملية، وإنما دكتور ثاني هو اللي راح يسويها. وبكل بساطة حسّيت إن اسم الدكتورة مجرد واجهة للعيادة، بينما الواقع مختلف تمامًا، والإنسان بالنهاية ما يعرف فعلًا منو الشخص اللي راح يجري له العملية. بهذي اللحظة حسّيت بصدمة كبيرة وخيبة أمل، لأن هذا الموضوع كان أهم نقطة بالنسبة إلي، ولو كنت أعرف الحقيقة من البداية جان فكرت ألف مرة قبل ما أحول أي مبلغ. ولما اعترضت ورفضت أكمل بهالطريقة، كان الرد جدًا مستفز وبارد: "إذا ما تريد العملية مع السلامة"، بدون أي احترام لمشاعري أو حتى محاولة لتوضيح الموقف، وكأن الموضوع مجرد تجارة وبس. والأسوأ من هذا كله إنهم رفضوا يرجعون العربون. أنا مو من الناس اللي تحب تضر أحد أو تقطع رزقه، والله على كلامي شهيد، والفلوس تروح وتجي والله يعوض الإنسان، لكن المؤلم فعلًا هو أسلوب التعامل والكلام اللي يتغير بعد استلام المبلغ، وكأن ثقة الناس ومشاعرهم ما إلها أي قيمة. العملية مو شيء بسيط، الإنسان يدخل بهيك خطوة وهو محتاج صدق وراحة ووضوح، مو مفاجآت بعد الدفع وتغيير بالكلام. لذلك حبيت أشارك تجربتي بكل أمانة حتى ما يمر غيري بنفس الموقف اللي مريت بيه. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.

مند خمسة أشهر أجريت عملية تكميم المعدة الحمد الله كانت تجربة ناجحة كل الطقم الطبي كان في المستوى لكن للأسف الشديد المتابع بعد العملية التي من المفروض تكون سنة كاملة توقفت في الشهر الرابع اكشر من شهرين لم القى اي اتصال من المختصة فهاد العلي اهمال من مختصة التغدية اتصلت عدة مرات وبعت رسائل لكن دون جواب للأسف

They help they did everything needed. They respond. They do everything good but we did first surgery and come back to them again because start pain and pain and ask them what’s going on. They say you need to come back again and they did another surgery and we still have the same problem. Never recommend to do this surgery. This was for my wife. She been having pain after the surgery almost 3 years. I did send my wife again to them and they tell her you need to make another surgery. They did for her and now after the second surgery, she been in pain almost 2 years no recommend no recommend at all you’re gonna have trouble in your life if you do surgery with them.
