I rarely leave reviews, talk less of a negative review, but after giving Nalo Nail Spa multiple chances, I feel compelled to share my experience. This is now the fourth time in a row that I've had to return to have my nails fixed after only about a week to a week and a half of getting them done. For the amount I spend per visit, this level of quality and durability is simply unacceptable. What is even more frustrating is that whenever I return for a repair, I am consistently assigned to a nail technician who does not seem experienced with nail fixes. Instead of correcting the problem, I often leave with a nail that is thicker, unevenly shaped, overall badly done than the rest of my nails. I have tried to be understanding and have continued giving the salon opportunities to make things right, but after four consecutive experiences with the same issues, it's clear that nothing is changing. Today, I expressed my frustrations with the way my nail looked and I'm told that the preferred technicians are booked with other clients. But as a paying client who has already spent significant money and is returning because of a service issue, I deserve the same level of attention and care. Why should other clients be prioritized over someone who is coming back because the original service failed? I wanted to love this salon, which is why I kept giving it more chances. Unfortunately, the recurring quality issues, poor repair experience, and lack of customer consideration have left me extremely disappointed.
