I had a wonderful experience at Rize due mostly to my stylist, Kylie. This was my first time going there, and it was a word of mouth recommendation. She was extremely thorough with me. We went over different options, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to liking something that I didn’t like. We did color and cut, and she was equally comfortable doing both.I also found her rates to be incredibly competitive. I’m sure anyone that goes to her well feel similarly. I always bring pictures and we worked off of that. She stayed longer and later than anticipated and really listened and communicated.. Some people have a natural talent and she’s one of those types of people. Will for sure be going back👍 five star highly recommend!

I had a hair cut appointment. Unfortunately my hair dresser told me we’re good to go at 12:15, she cancelled 15 mins before. This is very unprofessional. I had to take off work for this.
