Tüm yorum yapanların tanıdık olduğuna eminim aşırı pis bir yer aylardır kullanıldığına emin olduğum bir törpü kullanıldı tırnağıma istediğim düz çizgiyi bile yapamadılar ve jel rengi dümdüz oje ve manikür 2saatten uzun sürdü önemsemedim şans veriyim dedim tırnakların 3 hafta garantisi var bakımını yapıyoruz dediler 5. Gün hava alıp bozulan tırnağım için aradığımda ücretli bakım teklif edildi başka yerlerde yaptırdığım işlemleri 45-50 gün kullandığım bile oluyordu kötü.. 5. Günden fotoğrafı ekliyorum

Anneme protez tırnak yaptırmak için gittik tırnaklarını yediği için bir çok yer yapamayacağını söyledi fakat buranın tesadüf eseri önünden geçiyorduk Leyla hanım sağolsun çok güzel ilgilendi süper işçilik çıkarttı biz çok memnun kaldık 💗

DO NOT GO THERE!!! I arrived with nail extensions/capsules already on my nails (see the photo), and I simply wanted them removed properly and safely. Instead, I left with my natural nails completely damaged, over-filed and burned. The difference between the two photos is shocking. You can clearly see red and irritated areas, uneven nail surfaces, white damaged patches, aggressive filing around the cuticles, and even bleeding around one nail. My natural nails underneath were literally destroyed during the removal process. From the beginning, it was obvious that the technician did not know how to properly remove extensions. She used the electric file extremely aggressively and without any care. The heat and pain were unbearable. I asked her FOUR TIMES to stop because it was hurting badly and I could literally feel my nails burning. She ignored me, continued anyway, became irritated, and then still asked me to pay. After that, another colleague who was slightly kinder said she would fix the situation herself. Unfortunately, she did exactly the same thing and damaged my nails even more. In the end, they still asked me to pay 1000 TL for this disaster. Absolutely shameful. What shocked me the most is that they tried to blame my nails, saying it was “because of my natural nails,” while they literally filed through the nail surface almost down to the skin underneath. I went to another salon immediately afterwards, and everyone there was extremely shocked by the condition of my nails. Multiple professionals immediately said my nails had been excessively over-filed and burned during the removal. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place. Not only is the result terrible, but they also completely ignored me when I repeatedly asked them to stop while I was in pain. If you care about your nails, avoid this salon at all costs. I’ll tomorrow go to the police for this scam!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kadıköy’de bu kadar içime sinen bir yer bulacağımı hiç düşünmemiştim. Doğum günüm için protez tırnak yaptırmak istiyordum ve gerçekten çok özenli bir yer arıyordum. İyi ki burayı tercih etmişim. Filiz Hanım inanılmaz ilgili, güler yüzlü ve gerçekten işini severek yapan biri. Daha ilk andan itibaren o kadar samimi ve sıcak davrandı ki kendimi müşteri gibi değil, sanki tanıdık birine gelmiş gibi hissettim. Ayrıca inanılmaz detaycı ve titiz çalışıyor; hijyen konusunda da çok dikkatli olması beni ekstra rahatlattı. Tırnakların simetrisine ve düzgünlüğüne verdiği önem gerçekten fark yaratıyor. İstediğim modeli en ince detayına kadar dikkat ederek birebir yaptı ve sonuç gerçekten beklediğimden bile güzel oldu. Semih Bey de çok ilgiliydi, ortamla ve müşterilerle yakından ilgileniyor. Mekânın genel enerjisi zaten çok pozitif🌸 Hem kaliteli hizmet hem de samimi bir ortam arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
