By accessing or using glossgo (the "Service"), operated by Softween Yazılım Ltd. Şti., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

glossgo is a location-based beauty marketplace that connects customers with beauty salons, barbers, medspas, and wellness studios in Turkey. The Service enables users to discover businesses, compare prices and reviews, book appointments, and make payments online.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book an appointment through glossgo:

• You agree to the booking terms and cancellation policy set by the business
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (iyzico) with 3D Secure verification
• Cancellation fees may apply based on the business's cancellation policy
• glossgo acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the services provided by listed businesses
• Refunds are subject to the business's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the property of Softween Yazılım Ltd. Şti. and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

glossgo provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim. glossgo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent businesses and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will process deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (KVKK/GDPR).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts. For consumer disputes, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee based on the transaction amount shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
