I stayed at GLK PREMIER The Home Suites & Spa for 9 nights, and it was a good experience overall. The location is fantastic! It was really close to all the major tourist attractions in Istanbul, which made getting around super easy. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every afternoon and did a great job keeping everything tidy. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom handle broke during my stay and I was charged to fix it. It wasn’t expensive, and they handled it quickly, but it still felt a bit off to be charged for it. I also tried the spa while I was there. It was really nice and relaxing, but the masseur was a bit rough, which took away from the experience slightly. Overall, though, the service was great, the location couldn’t be better, and the room was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
