My friend got a service done here. They ruined her hair charged her $600 and it wasn’t even what she asked for. On top on it they are ignoring her, deleting comments on insta and providing ZERO customer service. Do not support.

I rarely leave reviews, and although this happened quite a while ago, I’m still dealing with the aftermath, so I felt it was important to share my experience. To sum it up: do not go to this salon unless you either speak Turkish or are prepared to get something completely different than you asked for. I was new to the city and needed a new hair salon. I saw this salon on instagram one day and thought they looked good so I booked with them. I originally booked an appointment for a full head of highlights to touch up my roots. Instead, my entire head was given a bleach bath without my understanding that this was the plan. I’m not sure how a hair stylist can confuse highlights with a bleach bath. Even with the language barrier, he had an assistant translating. The result was extremely yellow, as there was very little toning done afterward. My hair was immediately damaged, and they added a keratin treatment to try to compensate for the damage. The total came to approximately $1,200 for a service I never asked for. I was so upset that I just paid and left. My hair was in such poor condition afterward that I couldn’t even attempt to correct it for months. A few months later, I returned and asked him to fix the colour. Since he was the stylist who had done the original work, I assumed he would know the best way to correct it. I specifically requested lowlights and a shadow root to create a more natural, blended look and soften the harsh, over-bleached appearance. Instead, brown dye was applied across the entire top section of my hair. Because there was a significant language barrier, I didn’t fully understand what was being done and was trying to trust the process. I left the salon with dark brown hair on top and blonde hair on the bottom, with virtually no blending or dimension. It looked completely disconnected and unfinished. I was so upset that I went to another salon the very next day. The stylist there was shocked by the work and did her best to correct it with a half head of highlights. Unfortunately, my hair still looked muddy and uneven for weeks. I ended up spending months and multiple appointments getting additional highlights and lowlights just to undo the damage and colour correction issues. To make matters worse, my hair had already been severely compromised by the initial bleaching process. The amount of time, money, and effort required to repair both the colour and the condition of my hair was incredibly frustrating. Do not go to this salon unless you are wanting your hair bathed in bleach or just one solid colour, as it seems that is all he knows how to do.

I honestly don’t trust anyone else with my hair anymore. Unfortunately, my past experiences elsewhere weren't great, but ever since I discovered this place, I haven’t felt the need to go anywhere else. The staff are incredibly polite and generous—their hospitality and compliments make the whole experience so special, and they truly give you the hair of your dreams. You shouldn’t miss out on this place! Thanks again to the whole team!
