The exfoliation was terrible not to mention that employees there specifically ask for tips well I have no issue giving tips but being asked to do so explicitly is what is annoying here

The worst service ever. They were exploitative, rude, and didn't know how to speak respectfully. I visited the place with some friends. We looked at the menu with the prices for each item and chose what suited us. However, the receptionist asked us for three times the listed price. When we pointed out that the prices on the menu were much lower, he angrily and rudely said that he was the one who decided the price.
