I’ve been going to prolase Sherman oaks for years and I always love going everyone is very respectful today I called to cancel my appointment because my car wasn’t starting im not sure which location this lady Mary works at but she works as the receptionist she is so rude has no manners does not know how to speak and kept talking over me how are you going to be receptionist but not know how to speak make it make sense

Natalie is genuinely the best nurse I’ve ever had. I couldnt recommend her more. She is the sweetest, most comforting, and understanding nurse I have ever encountered. She made my experience so enjoyable and honestly made my whole day better. 10000/10. Please give her a raise shes amazing.

I booked a full body laser hair removal and the employee who did the service for me, Lana, was amazing. She was very good at the treatment itself and she was also very understanding and knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process. I had a lot of questions for which she all had answers. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would love to book again with her. :)
