Really disappointed in my experience today. Came in for a deep tissue massage. My massage therapist Susu barely applied any pressure after asking twice to be more firm. Felt like she was just rubbing lotion when I came in with some serious knots that got no relief. She also didn’t have me lay on my stomach where you put your face in the little hole comfortably. And it wasn’t a prenatal massage.. The room didn’t even have it. (typical of other massage places). She had me lay on my side around a body pillow which was very uncomfortable on my shoulders. She asked me no questions before and after and just left the room quickly upon finishing. Really unenjoyable experience and a total waste of $100. Will not be returning.
