1. Delivery (Performance) of the Service

glossgo is an online marketplace connecting customers with beauty salons and professionals. Services purchased through the platform do not involve shipment of a physical product; the service is performed in person by the selected salon, at the selected date and time chosen during booking.

Once your booking is completed, the appointment confirmation is delivered instantly to your account on the platform and via e-mail, SMS and/or WhatsApp. You receive the service by visiting the selected salon at the appointment time.

If the service cannot be performed for a reason attributable to the salon, your appointment is rescheduled free of charge or the full amount you paid is refunded, at your choice.

2. Appointment Cancellation and Changes

You can cancel your appointment free of charge before the appointment time from the "My Appointments" section of your account or through our customer support channels. If a different cancellation condition (for example a deposit) applies to a specific service or campaign, it is clearly shown and submitted for your approval during the booking step.

You can change your appointment date or time free of charge, subject to the salon's availability.

If the salon cancels the appointment, the full amount you paid is refunded, or your appointment is rescheduled if you prefer.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to contracts for services that must be performed on a specific date or period and whose performance has started with the consumer's approval. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service has been fully performed with your approval.

However, as explained in Section 2 above, glossgo allows you to cancel the appointment and receive a refund before the service is performed. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal; your rights under consumer legislation remain reserved.

4. Refunds

If a booking paid online through the platform is cancelled in accordance with these terms, the refund is issued to the original payment method (the bank/credit card used for the payment).

The refund is initiated within 14 (fourteen) days of the cancellation at the latest; in practice refunds are usually initiated within a few business days. Depending on your bank's processes, it may take 2 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your card statement/account.

Service fees paid at the salon (pay at venue) are not collected through the platform, so refunds for such payments are handled by the salon itself.

5. Payment Security

Online payments made through the platform are processed over the secure payment infrastructure of iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a payment institution licensed by the Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), with SSL encryption. Your card details are not stored on glossgo systems.

In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
