How does the waitlist work?
If your preferred slot is full, join the waitlist — you'll get a notification the moment a slot opens up.

How do I see my booking history?
Your profile shows upcoming and past bookings with full payment details, plus a one-tap calendar export.

Switch between list and map views on the search page, pan the map to discover salons in a neighborhood, and tap pins to see a mini preview before opening the full detail page.
How do I manage my favorite salons?
Save salons you like to your favorites for one-tap rebooking, and opt in to alerts when they post promotions or new openings.

How do I manage my saved cards?
Save credit or debit cards from your profile, set a default for fast checkout, and remove them whenever you want.
What is a bundle, and how do I buy and use one?
Bundles are multi-session packs of the same service paid upfront at a discounted per-session price. Buy from the salon page, track the balance in your profile, redeem at checkout.
What is a deposit and when is it deducted?
A deposit is an upfront amount that secures your appointment — it's deducted from the total when you visit.
What is a salon membership, and how do I cancel it?
Memberships are monthly or yearly subscriptions to a salon that unlock recurring perks. Manage active memberships from your profile and turn off renewal anytime.
When will my refund arrive?
Refund timing depends on your card's bank — typically 1–7 business days.
