When will my refund arrive?

Refund timing depends on your card's bank — typically 1–7 business days.

When a paid service is refunded, the money returns to the same card you paid with. Timing depends on your bank.

Typical timelines

  • Credit card: 1–7 business days
  • Debit card: 3–10 business days
  • Saved card: same range

Weekends and public holidays don't count.

How to track a refund

  1. Go to My Profile → Appointments.
  2. Open the relevant appointment's details.
  3. Scroll to Payment History.
  4. The refund line shows Pending, Approved, or Completed.

Once Approved, the money is no longer with glossgo — it's being processed by your bank.

If the amount looks short

  • A cancellation fee may have been deducted — check the appointment's policy.
  • A deposit may be non-refundable — this is shown on the appointment page.
  • glossgo never charges a commission on refunds — the full amount you paid is always sent back.
