When will my refund arrive?
Refund timing depends on your card's bank — typically 1–7 business days.
When a paid service is refunded, the money returns to the same card you paid with. Timing depends on your bank.
Typical timelines
- Credit card: 1–7 business days
- Debit card: 3–10 business days
- Saved card: same range
Weekends and public holidays don't count.
How to track a refund
- Go to My Profile → Appointments.
- Open the relevant appointment's details.
- Scroll to Payment History.
- The refund line shows Pending, Approved, or Completed.
Once Approved, the money is no longer with glossgo — it's being processed by your bank.
If the amount looks short
- A cancellation fee may have been deducted — check the appointment's policy.
- A deposit may be non-refundable — this is shown on the appointment page.
- glossgo never charges a commission on refunds — the full amount you paid is always sent back.
