Head of Growth

You will own glossgo's go-to-market end to end, across both sides of the marketplace: bringing customers to the app and salon partners to the platform. You will be our first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founders, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and the numbers.

What you'll do

  • Own the growth strategy and KPIs for both consumer acquisition and salon partner acquisition in Istanbul
  • Plan and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and report on CAC, conversion, retention, and payback
  • Build and optimize lifecycle and retention campaigns using Customer.io, Mixpanel, and PostHog
  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels
  • Develop the salon partner acquisition playbook together with the marketing team
  • Work with product and engineering to ship growth features such as referral loops, onboarding, and activation flows
  • Report growth performance to the founding team and turn data into clear decisions

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • A track record of owning acquisition, activation, or retention metrics end to end
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog, or GA4
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and reading full-funnel data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Based in Istanbul, or ready to relocate, for this on-site role

Nice to have

  • Experience at a two-sided marketplace, local services platform, or consumer app
  • Early-stage startup experience where you built processes from scratch
  • Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  • Basic SQL for self-serve analysis
