I'm not receiving the OTP code — what should I do?

Most OTP delays are carrier-related. Verify the number, wait 60s, and request a new code.

If the verification code doesn't arrive, work through these steps in order.

Steps

  1. Verify the number: Make sure you entered it as +90 5XX XXX XX XX (no leading 0).
  2. Wait 60 seconds: Some carriers introduce 30–60 seconds of SMS delay. The "Resend" button becomes active after 60s.
  3. Resend: Once active, request a new code; the old code becomes invalid.
  4. Check spam/blocked: Some phones filter SMS into a Spam or Blocked folder — check there.
  5. Check signal: Toggle airplane mode off, confirm signal strength, restart the phone if needed.
  6. Carrier restrictions: Some corporate lines block international short codes. Try a personal SIM if possible.

Still nothing?

  • If you've requested more than 5 codes in the past hour, you're temporarily rate-limited — wait 15 minutes.
  • If your number is outside Turkey (not +90), SMS delivery can be much slower.

Alternate: WhatsApp delivery

In some cases glossgo sends the code via WhatsApp instead. Check your WhatsApp notifications.
