How do I download my data? (KVKK / GDPR)

Under KVKK / GDPR, you can request a full JSON export of your account data; ready within 24 hours.

KVKK and GDPR give you the right to download all data tied to your account.

Steps

  1. My Profile → Settings → Privacy → Download My Data.
  2. Tap Download My Data.
  3. Enter the SMS code (security check).
  4. Confirm.

What's included

  • Profile (name, phone, email, DOB)
  • Addresses
  • Full booking history
  • Reviews
  • Favorites
  • Gift cards + balance
  • Coupons
  • Notification preferences
  • Message history (last 90 days)

Time + format

  • Ready within 24 hours, link emailed.
  • Link valid for 48 hours.
  • JSON, zipped, 100 KB – 5 MB.

Frequency

Unlimited; 5+ in a row in a month triggers a 24h cooldown.
