How do I manage my saved cards?
Save credit or debit cards from your profile, set a default for fast checkout, and remove them whenever you want.
glossgo lets you save card details for fast checkout on bookings. Cards are stored on iyzico's PCI-DSS–compliant infrastructure; glossgo's own servers only ever see the last 4 digits and the card type. The full PAN and CVV are never stored.
Add a card
- Go to Profile → Payment Methods.
- Tap Add New Card.
- Fill in the card number, expiry date, CVV, and the name printed on the card.
- Tap Save. Your bank may send a 3D Secure SMS code; enter it to confirm.
The card is added to your list and becomes selectable on the next booking checkout.
Set a default card
Find the card in your list and tap Make Default in its row. The next time you check out, this card is pre-selected.
Remove a card
Open the three-dot menu next to the card and choose Delete Card, then confirm. The card is removed immediately. Past payments made with it are not affected (the original transaction stays on file with your bank).
Troubleshooting
- 3D Secure SMS never arrives: Your bank may be filtering it. Call your bank's customer support or check the SMS settings inside your bank's app.
- "Card couldn't be saved" error: The bank usually rejected the 3D Secure step. Try a different card or contact your bank.
- Card cannot be deleted: You may have a pending deposit or pre-authorization tied to that card. Complete or cancel the related booking first.
