How do I cancel my appointment?
Cancel from My Profile → Appointments. Salon cancellation policies may apply a fee.
You can cancel an appointment from My Profile → Appointments.
Steps
- Sign in to glossgo.com.
- Open the menu in the top right and go to My Profile → Appointments.
- Find the appointment you want to cancel and open its details.
- Tap Cancel and confirm.
Once canceled, both you and the salon receive an automatic notification, and the slot is freed up for other customers.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Each salon sets its own policy:
- Free-cancel window: Most salons let you cancel free up to a fixed number of hours (e.g. 24h) before the appointment.
- Late-cancel fee: Beyond that window, a percentage or flat fee may be charged.
- Always visible: The salon's cancellation terms appear on the appointment detail page.
Refunds typically reach your card within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank.
