How do I pick a specific staff member for my booking?

Most salons have multiple professionals who provide the same service. The booking flow lets you pick a specific one, or choose "any available" if you're flexible and want the most options.

The staff step

After selecting the service and date in the booking flow, you arrive at the Staff step. You may see three options:

• A specific professional: A list of staff at the salon who offer this service. Each entry shows the photo, first name + last initial, average rating, and a price modifier when applicable (e.g. "+50 TRY — senior stylist").
• No preference: When the salon allows it, this option is visible. Picking it auto-assigns the first available professional.
• Single professional: If only one person works at the salon, or the service is exclusive to one professional, no choice is shown — auto-assigned.

Availability changes with your choice

The staff choice affects available time slots: pick a specific person and the calendar updates to their working hours and bookings only. "No preference" shows the union of all eligible professionals' availability — more options.

Pick the same person again

Past booking details show the staff member's name. Tapping Book Again pre-selects that same person on the new booking.

Marking a favorite professional

Per-staff favorites are not yet supported; only salon favorites exist (see How do I manage my favorite salons?). To keep working with a specific person, pick their name each time you book.

When the salon switches your staff

If the salon changes the assigned professional without your approval, you get an email + push notification. If you're not happy with the new person, you can cancel for free — the salon's cancellation policy doesn't apply in this case.

For KVKK privacy, staff names are masked (e.g. "Ayşe K.") in the public listing; the full name is shown on the booking detail page after confirmation.
