The service wasn't as described

If the service quality wasn't what was promised, talk to the salon first; if unresolved, open a complaint.

Right after, in the salon

  1. Tell a staff member — most issues are fixed on the spot.
  2. Take photos (before/after).
  3. Agree on resolution before leaving.

After leaving

  1. Messages → [Salon name] with day/time and issue.
  2. Attach a photo.
  3. Salon should respond within 24 hours.

Resolution options

  • Free retouching appointment
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (rare)

If salon disagrees

My Profile → Appointments → [Booking] → Open Complaint routes to glossgo support.

What counts

Wrong color, wrong length, missing service, wrong product.

What doesn't

Stylist taste preferences, temporary side effects (dryness — passes), undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

Time limit

30 days. For hair/skin: report within 3 days for fastest resolution.
