How do I see my booking history?
Your profile shows upcoming and past bookings with full payment details, plus a one-tap calendar export.
All of your bookings (upcoming + past) live on the My Bookings page inside your profile. Each entry shows the date, salon, service, price, and status at a glance.
Open the My Bookings page
- Tap Profile.
- Tap My Bookings.
- Switch between the two tabs at the top:
- Upcoming: Bookings that haven't happened yet — confirmed or pending.
- Past: Bookings that are completed, cancelled, or marked as no-show.
View booking details
Tap any booking in the list. The detail screen shows:
- Date and time
- Salon name, address, and phone
- The service(s) you booked and their duration
- Staff member name (if assigned)
- Amount paid, payment method, deposit status
- Booking status and history (reschedules, etc.)
Rebook from a past booking
On the past booking's detail page, tap Book Again. The same salon's availability calendar opens with the same service pre-selected.
Add to your calendar (.ics)
On an upcoming booking's detail page, tap Add to Calendar. The downloaded .ics file opens in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook — your booking is imported with timezone Europe/Istanbul (UTC+3).
Export your full history
To download your complete booking history under KVKK, follow the steps in **Help: How do I export my data?**.
If you expect to see a booking that isn't in the list, the salon may have manually deleted or cancelled it. Call the salon, or email destek@glossgo.com.
