How do I contact support?

Ask the help bot first — it can hand you off to a human agent when needed. You can also email destek@glossgo.com directly.

There are three ways to reach the glossgo support team. The fastest is the help bot; for complex or account-specific issues, email is usually the better path.

1. Help bot (fastest, 24/7)

You'll see a blue chat bubble in the lower-right corner of the app. Tap it and type your question in Turkish or English.

The bot knows everything about glossgo — bookings, payments, KVKK, account actions, salon search. Replies arrive in seconds and link to relevant help pages.

The bot will not:

  • Cancel or reschedule bookings on your behalf (you need to do that from the app).
  • Initiate refunds (it will point you to the salon or your bank).
  • Generate passwords/OTP codes or read personal data.

2. Escalate to a human agent

If the bot's answer isn't enough, tap Escalate to support agent at the bottom of the chat window. Your question and conversation history are forwarded to the support team; during business hours (Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00 Istanbul) you'll usually get a reply within 2 hours.

The bot will also auto-suggest escalation in certain situations:

  • Financial or dispute topics like "I didn't get my refund" or "the salon was a no-show"
  • When it can't find a confident answer after a few exchanges

3. Email

You can write directly to destek@glossgo.com. Please include:

  • The phone or email registered on your glossgo account
  • The date and time the issue happened
  • The booking number (if any — copy it from My Bookings)
  • A clear, single-sentence description of the problem

You'll get a first response within 24 hours (weekends included).

Urgent issues?

If a salon caused harassment or significant service-quality harm, read the **Help: Complaints and dispute resolution page and file the form. Urgent cases are reviewed in depth within 24 hours**.
