How does the waitlist work?

If your preferred slot is full, join the waitlist — you'll get a notification the moment a slot opens up.

If your preferred slot is taken, the Waitlist notifies you the moment one frees up.

Steps

  1. On the salon's booking page, pick your date.
  2. If all slots are taken, a Waitlist button appears.
  3. Tap Join Waitlist.
  4. (Optional) Set flexible windows.
  5. Confirm.

When a slot opens

  • The system notifies you instantly (push + email + SMS per your preferences).
  • First confirm wins — everyone is notified, only one gets the slot.

Confirmation window

You have 15 minutes to confirm. After that, it moves to the next person.

Multiple waitlists

Stack them across dates and salons; per-salon-per-date you can join once.

Leaving

My Profile → My Waitlists → Leave.

Time limit

A waitlist entry stays active for 14 days.
