I have a complaint — how do I resolve it?

Complaints are first taken up with the salon; unresolved cases escalate to glossgo support and may end in a refund.

1. Talk to the salon first

Messages → [Salon name] with date and issue. Give them 24 hours.

2. Open a complaint

If unresolved:

  1. My Profile → Appointments → [Booking] → Open Complaint.
  2. Pick a reason.
  3. Write 50–1000 chars.
  4. Attach photos/video (max 5, 10 MB).
  5. Submit.

3. Review

glossgo support reviews within 24 hours. Outcome: upheld / partially upheld / dismissed.

Resolution

Full refund, partial refund, make-up appointment, or salon warning/removal.

Time limit

Open within 30 days of the appointment.

Urgent health

Allergic reactions etc. — email destek@glossgo.com directly. Prioritized within 4 hours.
