How do I reschedule my appointment?

Move an existing appointment to another time without canceling — pick from the salon's available slots.

Rescheduling lets you move an appointment to a different time without canceling, which can help you avoid late-cancellation fees.

Steps

  1. Go to My Profile → Appointments.
  2. Open the appointment you want to move.
  3. Tap Reschedule.
  4. Pick a new time from the salon's available slots.
  5. Confirm — the old appointment is canceled automatically and a new one is created.

When you can't reschedule

  • The appointment is too close (e.g. within 2 hours).
  • The salon is fully booked or has no open slots that day.
  • The salon has already marked the appointment as Completed or No-show.

In those cases, cancel and book again, or message the salon directly via Messages.

If the salon reschedules you

A salon cannot force a time change — they can only suggest a new slot. You decide whether to accept. If you don't, your original appointment stays as-is or gets canceled.

You'll always receive a notification for any change visible from your account.
