How do gift cards work?

glossgo gift cards are prepaid digital cards you can buy for yourself or someone else.

Buying a gift card

1. Go to My Profile → Gift Cards → New Gift Card.
2. Pick a balance: 250, 500, 1000, 2500 TL, or a custom amount.
3. Enter the recipient's info (name, phone, or email).
4. (Optional) Add a personal message.
5. Pay — the gift card is created instantly.

The recipient gets the card code via SMS or email.

Using a gift card

1. Pick a salon and start booking.
2. At the payment step, tap I have a gift card.
3. Enter the card code.
4. The balance is deducted from the total.
5. If anything is left over, your default card pays it.

Checking the balance

My Profile → Gift Cards lists every card you own with current balance, code, and expiry.

Validity

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years.
• After expiry, the balance is forfeited.
• Reminder SMS messages go out before expiry.

Refunds

• Gift card balances cannot be cashed out.
• They're only usable for salon services on glossgo.
• If you bought one by mistake, you can request a refund within 14 days (only if unused).

Lost or stolen

If someone else got your code, block the card immediately at My Profile → Gift Cards → Block; the remaining balance is moved onto a fresh card.
