How do I change my phone number?

You can change your phone number from My Profile → Settings → Account Info.

Steps

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Profile → Settings.
3. Under Account Info, tap Change next to Phone Number.
4. Enter the new number (Turkish numbers in +90 5XX XXX XX XX format).
5. Tap Continue — a 6-digit SMS verification code (OTP) is sent to the new number.
6. Enter the code and tap Verify.

Once verified, your phone number is updated immediately and the old number is detached from the account.

Important

• The new number must be able to receive SMS.
• If the number is already linked to another glossgo account, the change cannot complete — that other account must be deleted or detached first.
• Codes expire in 5 minutes — request a new one if needed.

If you don't get the code

• Confirm the format and country code are correct.
• SMS delivery is free; some carriers add a 30-second delay.
• "Resend" becomes active after 60 seconds.
