How do I manage my favorite salons?
Save salons you like to your favorites for one-tap rebooking, and opt in to alerts when they post promotions or new openings.
Favorites let you save salons you like so you can reach them without searching again on your next visit. You can also opt in to priority notifications when they post promotions or new openings.
Add a salon to favorites
Two ways:
- Salon detail page: Tap the heart icon next to the salon name. The heart fills red and the salon is added instantly.
- Search results: Tap the heart in the upper-right corner of the salon card. The save happens without navigating away.
View your favorites list
Go to Profile → Favorites. Saved salons are listed most recently added first. Each card shows the salon name, cover photo, average rating, and distance from you (if location sharing is on).
Remove from favorites
Tap the filled heart on the salon card again. The salon is removed from your list immediately. No confirmation prompt is shown; if you removed by accident, tap the same heart to add it back.
Quick booking from a favorite
Tap Book on the favorite card. This takes you directly to the salon's available times screen — no need to open the list again.
Notification preferences
To get promotion or new opening alerts from favorite salons:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications.
- Turn on Notifications from favorite salons.
- You can also turn off individual channels (email / push) you don't want.
If a salon you're sure you saved doesn't appear in the list, close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email destek@glossgo.com.
