How do I book step-by-step?

Booking takes 4 steps: choose service, staff, time, and confirm/pay.

A booking takes 1–2 minutes. Here's what happens at each step.

1. Pick a service

On the salon page, choose from the Services section. You can also bundle several services in one booking.

  • Single service: tap "Book".
  • Multiple services (combo): tap Add to Cart on each, then Complete Booking at the top.

2. Pick a staff member

  • All staff who can perform the service are listed.
  • "No preference" is always an option (system assigns the first available).
  • Picking a specific person filters slots to their availability only.

3. Date and time

  • Today through the next 30 days.
  • Green = open, gray = booked, red bar = closed (break, leave).
  • For combos, slots are reserved for the total combined duration.

4. Confirm and pay

  • As guest: verify with your phone number (OTP) and complete.
  • With your account: one tap.
  • Deposit: if the salon requires one, pay it to confirm. (Deposits are deducted from the total.)
  • Pre-payment: optional — you can also pay at the salon afterwards.

After confirmation

  • Email and SMS confirmation are sent.
  • 24h before, you get a reminder.
  • Cancel or reschedule any time from My Profile → Appointments.

Common errors

  • "Slot taken": someone booked it before you; pick another time.
  • "Staff unavailable": leave or break; pick a different staff member or time.
  • "Salon closed": you picked a time outside business hours.
