How do I configure notification preferences?
Push, email, and SMS notifications can be toggled per category from a single settings page.
Steps
- My Profile → Settings → Notifications & Permissions.
- Under Notification Types, 4 categories:
- Booking reminders (24h and 1h before)
- Messages (from salons)
- Marketing (campaigns, discounts)
- Account security (new device login — can't be disabled)
- Each has 3 channels: Push, Email, SMS.
- Toggle on/off — instant.
Recommended
- Reminders: push + email on, SMS off (free, no carrier fee).
- Messages: push on.
- Marketing: KVKK default off — your call.
- Security: all on (mandatory).
Quiet hours
Notifications & Permissions → Quiet Hours — set start/end (e.g. 22:00–08:00). Pushes silenced; SMS and email work normally.
Multi-device
Preferences apply across all your devices.
Per-device push muting
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → glossgo. Android: Settings → Apps → glossgo → Notifications.
