How do I configure notification preferences?

Push, email, and SMS notifications can be toggled per category from a single settings page.

Steps

  1. My Profile → Settings → Notifications & Permissions.
  2. Under Notification Types, 4 categories:
  • Booking reminders (24h and 1h before)
  • Messages (from salons)
  • Marketing (campaigns, discounts)
  • Account security (new device login — can't be disabled)
  1. Each has 3 channels: Push, Email, SMS.
  2. Toggle on/off — instant.

Recommended

  • Reminders: push + email on, SMS off (free, no carrier fee).
  • Messages: push on.
  • Marketing: KVKK default off — your call.
  • Security: all on (mandatory).

Quiet hours

Notifications & Permissions → Quiet Hours — set start/end (e.g. 22:00–08:00). Pushes silenced; SMS and email work normally.

Multi-device

Preferences apply across all your devices.

Per-device push muting

iPhone: Settings → Notifications → glossgo. Android: Settings → Apps → glossgo → Notifications.
