I can't sign in to my account

Common causes: wrong number, expired OTP, stale cookies, or a temporary lock. Try in order.

If you can't sign in, work through these steps in order.

1. Verify your phone number

Enter the number you signed up with, in +90 format. If you've forgotten it, check old appointment confirmation SMS messages.

2. Request a fresh OTP

  • Codes expire after 5 minutes.
  • "Resend" activates after 60 seconds.
  • Always use the most recent SMS — older codes are invalid.

3. Clear browser cookies

Stale session cookies sometimes block new logins:

  1. Open browser Settings → Privacy → Clear cookies.
  2. Remove all cookies for glossgo.com.
  3. Reopen the site and try again.

4. Update the mobile app

Older app versions may not support newer security requirements:

  • Update glossgo on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Force-close and reopen the app.

5. Check for an account lock

Repeated wrong-OTP attempts can lock the account briefly:

  • Wait 15 minutes.
  • Then try again.

6. Google sign-in

If you originally created the account with Continue with Google, you must use the same method — phone-OTP won't work, and vice-versa.

If you're still stuck, tap Connect to a human with the email or phone of the affected account.
