What is a bundle, and how do I buy and use one?

Bundles are multi-session packs of the same service paid upfront at a discounted per-session price. Buy from the salon page, track the balance in your profile, redeem at checkout.

A bundle is a multi-session pack of the same service from a single salon, paid upfront and usually at a discounted per-session price. For example, a 10-session laser hair-removal bundle can be 15-30% cheaper than buying sessions individually.

Buy a bundle

  1. Open the salon's detail page.
  2. Under the service list, switch to the Bundles tab.
  3. Tap Buy on the bundle you want.
  4. Pick a saved card on the payment screen (or add a new one).
  5. Complete the 3D Secure step.

Once approved, the bundle balance is added to your account immediately.

See your bundle balance

Go to Profile → My Bundles. For each active bundle you'll see:

  • Salon name, bundle name
  • Remaining sessions / total sessions
  • Expiry date
  • Purchase date and amount paid

Pay for a booking with bundle balance

When you book the matching service at the same salon, the checkout screen shows a Pay from Bundle option automatically. Choosing it:

  • Deducts 1 session from your balance for that booking.
  • Charges no additional fee (the bundle was prepaid).
  • Closes the bundle once the balance reaches 0.

Expiry

Bundles are generally valid for 6-12 months from the purchase date. You get email + push reminders before expiry. After the expiry date, remaining sessions are forfeited and not refunded — use your bundle regularly.

Refunds

Refund policy varies by salon. Common rules:

  • If no session has been used, full refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
  • After at least 1 session is used, partial or no refund depending on the salon's policy.
