How do I leave a review for a salon?

Once an appointment is marked Completed, you have 14 days to leave a rating and review.

After an appointment is marked Completed, you can rate and review the salon. Reviews help salons improve and help other customers make better choices.

Steps

  1. Go to My Profile → Appointments.
  2. Open the relevant appointment under the Completed tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Write Review.
  4. Pick a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
  5. (Optional) Write your review — between 20 and 1000 characters.
  6. Tap Submit.

Your review goes live and appears on the salon's profile.

Time limit

  • You have 14 days after completion to leave a review.
  • After that, reviews can no longer be added.

Review rules

  • Write only about the service you experienced.
  • No personal attacks, no doxxing, no misleading content.
  • Reviews violating these rules are removed by the moderation team.

Edit or delete

  • Edit: You can edit your review for 24 hours after posting.
  • Delete: You can always delete your own review at My Profile → My Reviews → Delete.
  • The salon can't delete your review, but they can post a single reply to it.

Reporting a review

If a review (not yours) breaks the rules, tap the three-dot menu on the review and choose Report. Moderation reviews it within 24 hours.
