How do I manage marketing consent?

Under KVKK / GDPR, you can opt in or out of glossgo and salon marketing notifications at any time.

glossgo asks for explicit consent before sending marketing notifications.

Steps

  1. My Profile → Settings → Notifications & Permissions.
  2. Under Marketing Preferences, 4 toggles:
  • glossgo campaigns (email + push)
  • Salon campaigns (email + SMS + WhatsApp)
  • Reminders (operational, don't disable)
  • Invitation and reward notifications
  1. Flip switches — instant.

When you turn it off

Marketing stops within 24 hours. Operational messages (booking confirmations, payments, OTPs) continue — legally required.

Mute a specific salon

Messages → [Salon] → Mute Notifications.

After deletion

All consent records are deleted; if you sign up again, marketing starts as off.
