How do I manage marketing consent?
Under KVKK / GDPR, you can opt in or out of glossgo and salon marketing notifications at any time.
glossgo asks for explicit consent before sending marketing notifications.
Steps
- My Profile → Settings → Notifications & Permissions.
- Under Marketing Preferences, 4 toggles:
- glossgo campaigns (email + push)
- Salon campaigns (email + SMS + WhatsApp)
- Reminders (operational, don't disable)
- Invitation and reward notifications
- Flip switches — instant.
When you turn it off
Marketing stops within 24 hours. Operational messages (booking confirmations, payments, OTPs) continue — legally required.
Mute a specific salon
Messages → [Salon] → Mute Notifications.
After deletion
All consent records are deleted; if you sign up again, marketing starts as off.
