Delete Your Account

You can close your glossgo account from the glossgo mobile app or from the web. Below are the steps and what you need to know about the process.

How to delete your account

In the glossgo mobile app

In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account to start the deletion request.

On the web

Sign in at glossgo.com and open the Delete Account tab on the Settings page to create your request.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, photo, birth date and other personal details)
  • Your contact information (phone, email)
  • Your saved addresses
  • Your favorites
  • Your notification preferences
  • Your AI chat history and try-on photos
  • Your trusted device records

What's kept, and why

  • Booking and invoice/payment records are kept with your personal details anonymised, for the statutory retention period under Turkish commercial and tax law.
  • Consent records are kept for the statutory period for KVKK (Turkish data-protection) audit purposes.

The 30-day window and undoing deletion

Your account closes immediately once you request deletion and you're signed out — you won't be able to sign in again with it. Your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. If you change your mind within that window, contact support at info@glossgo.com to undo it.
