Subscription Refund Policy

How refunds work for glossgo's own paid subscriptions and digital features.

Last updated: 13.09.2026

This policy covers paid subscriptions and digital features sold by glossgo itself: Partner Basic, Partner Plus and glossgo Plus. It does not cover payments for beauty services booked through the marketplace; those are governed by the Delivery and Refund Terms and the salon's own cancellation policy.

Seller and payment processing

  • Trade Name: SOFTWEEN YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
  • MERSIS No: 0772146927900001
  • Tax ID: 7721469279
  • Address: Fenerbahçe Mah. İğrip Sk. No: 13/1 Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye
  • E-mail: info@glossgo.com
  • Website: www.glossgo.com

glossgo sells its own software: appointment scheduling, client and staff management, marketing tools, analytics and AI-assisted features. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled.

  • All card payments, in Türkiye and internationally, are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller for those transactions, issues the invoice or receipt, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply.
  • In Türkiye you can also pay by bank transfer (havale/EFT) to glossgo; for bank transfers glossgo (SOFTWEEN YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) is the seller and issues a Turkish e-fatura or e-arşiv invoice including KDV.
  • Prices are shown before checkout in your market's currency (TRY, USD, GBP, EUR or AUD) and exclude tax. For Türkiye the listed prices (₺500/₺1,000 per month, ₺5,000/₺10,000 per year) are net and 20% KDV is added by Paddle at checkout; elsewhere applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. The KDV shown on a Paddle invoice is collected and remitted by Paddle.

New partner accounts get a free trial of Partner Basic; nothing is charged until the trial ends.

You can cancel any time from Partner Program in the partner panel (or via the Paddle receipt link). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refund is issued for the unused remainder of a period after cancellation, except as described below.

  • First purchase: full refund on request within 14 days of the first charge of a new subscription.
  • Renewals: we normally refund a renewal charge on request within 7 days, provided the paid features were not materially used in that period; for card payments Paddle may also handle requests under its own Buyer Terms.
  • Yearly plans: same 14-day window from the first yearly charge; after that, a yearly plan can be cancelled to stop renewal but is not refunded pro rata.
  • Card refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; bank-transfer refunds are returned by glossgo to the originating IBAN.

Email billing@glossgo.com from the account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt, stating the business name and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.

  • Charges older than the windows above.
  • Accounts closed for violating the Terms of Use.
  • Repeated refund requests on the same account after the features were used.
  • Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us may lead to account suspension until resolved.

Under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital services that begin with your approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. This policy does not limit rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.

Where the subscriber is a business (tacir), Law No. 6502 does not apply and the contractual refund windows in Section 4 govern. For card purchases the contracting seller is Paddle; you may also raise your request with Paddle under its Buyer Terms.
