Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say services such as manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic nails, brow work and facials are carried out carefully and meticulously, and that staff are attentive and warm. Many mention a strong focus on cleanliness and single-use materials, with complimentary drinks adding to a pleasant atmosphere. However, a notable number of negative reviews report infections after treatment, sloppy and painful nail work, and laser hair removal that produced no results. Some also complain about appointment mix-ups and the management's attitude, so experiences appear to vary considerably.
