Most customers are very satisfied with the salon, reporting strong results with blonde shades, lightening and restoring damaged hair, and they are also pleased with eyebrow design and manicure-pedicure services. Reviewers frequently describe the staff as friendly, attentive and responsive to requests, the salon as clean and spacious, the products as high quality and the prices as reasonable. Many say they have been regular clients for years and that their families come as well. However, a small number of reviews mention dissatisfaction with a hair result and discomfort with gossip in the salon.
