Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; many customers say they were happy with the results, found the staff friendly and warm, considered prices reasonable, and noted that some treatments were quick and painless. However, a notable number of customers complain about workmanship problems such as bleeding during manicures, careless polish and shaping, nails lifting within a short time, and gaps at the nail bed. Some reviews also raise concerns about hygiene and professionalism, a disorganized environment, inconsistent pricing, and harsh treatment of one customer. Overall, experiences appear to vary considerably from person to person.
