Most customers say the massages are effective, reporting noticeable relief especially for neck, back and lower back pain, and describe the therapists as knowledgeable, attentive and kind. The cleanliness, hygiene and calm atmosphere of the venue are frequently praised, and some appreciate therapists offering advice on exercise and posture. On the other hand, a few reviews describe the reception staff as inattentive and rude, and one customer notes that a request for a female therapist was not met and the massage was harsher than expected.
