Customers almost unanimously report being pleased with the warm, kind and attentive approach of the staff at this baby spa offering pool and massage sessions. The cleanliness, hygiene standards and thoughtful decor of the space are frequently highlighted, and families also appreciate that each session is dedicated to a single family and that photos are taken. Many parents say their babies were relaxed and slept better afterwards, and they intend to return. The few criticisms concern the business's phone number not working and a minor issue with outfit selection for the photo shoot.
