Review summary

Most customers describe the facility as clean, spacious and calm, offering a wide range of amenities such as a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool, and say the staff are friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the entrance fee and the prices for scrub, foam massage and drinks are frequently considered too high. Some visitors report that the pool and jacuzzi were cold during renovation periods, that they were not told in advance the hammam was closed, and that they found the venue unexpectedly shut. Long waits for massage and scrub services due to understaffing are also mentioned, especially on women's days.
