Most customers say the haircuts and beard trims are careful and well done, and describe the staff as friendly, warm, and passionate about their work; some appreciated haircut suggestions tailored to their face shape and the tea offered. Cleanliness and hygiene are viewed positively, and many reviewers mention being regular customers for a long time. While prices are generally considered reasonable, one customer found them too high and complained about an extra fee for card payments. A few reviews mention being kept waiting without a clear answer about availability and feeling that their requests were not taken into account.
