Most customers say they are very satisfied with this pet groomer and highlight the loving, patient way their cats and dogs are handled. Staff are described as friendly, experienced and quick, staying calm even with aggressive or difficult animals, and carefully working out matted fur rather than simply shaving it off. The garden area and small gifts are also mentioned positively. However, one customer reports a serious complaint, saying the fur did not grow back in some areas for months after grooming and that their pet developed a stress-related health problem.
