Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers highlighting friendly, warm and attentive staff and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Many say they were pleased with results for hair coloring, cuts, keratin treatments and nail services, and consider prices reasonable for the service received. However, a small number of reviews raise serious complaints, including a forgotten group appointment, extremely long service times, burnt hair and foot injuries after a pedicure, difficulty booking appointments, and extra charges added on top of an advertised promotional price. While the overall picture leans toward satisfaction, experiences appear to vary.
