Most reviews are positive; customers describe the staff as friendly, attentive and careful, say the work is done quickly, and report results that match what they wanted. The space is frequently noted as clean and airy, some find the pricing reasonable, and several say they plan to return. However, a notable number of customers voice serious dissatisfaction, citing tools not being properly disinfected, designs that did not match the requested model, damage to natural nails, and unexpected extra charges. As a result, experiences appear to vary considerably from person to person.
